Carville Nukes California Dem On Wanting Trans Athletes In Female Sports: ‘What Bullsh*t!’

Veteran Democratic strategist James Carville absolutely shredded liberal California gubernatorial candidate Betty Yee (D) for saying trans women should be able to compete in women’s sports, with Carville saying it is an asinine idea designed to score a “cheap political point with a bunch of left-wing zombies.”

The former lead advisor to ex-President Bill Clinton went off on Yee during the Oct. 16 episode of his Politics War Room podcast.

“What b*llshit!” Carville fumed, immediately after reading about Yee’s plan for a “gender neutral” Olympics in 2028.

Yee — a former state controller who is now running to replace Gavin Newsom (D) as governor of California — recently told Piers Morgan she wants to see trans athletes compete against whichever gender they desire.

“I think transgender athletes are women athletes and they should be able to compete [against women],” Yee said.

Carville adamantly disagreed, saying as the father of two daughters, he found it absurd — and that his friends feel the same way.

“I have a lot of friends that have daughters that play soccer, play volleyball, run track, play softball,” he said. “You know what their parents don’t want them doing, for good f*cking reason? Is competing with males.”

He then said Yee should do a “little experiment,” where she takes the gold medal times and performances for female athletes in the 2024 Olympics and compare those results against the men. It would be no contest, Carville said — the women would get crushed in head-to-head competition.

“You understand what you’re doing, to try to score a cheap political point with a bunch of left-wing zombies, is you’re ruining the women who worked their asses off,” Carville said.

His co-host Al Hunt agreed, before Carville punctuated his point by saying: “This is asinine! Asinine! Asinine!”

Carville’s comments come after President Donald Trump signed an executive order earlier this year, titled “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” that said it would “rescind all funds” to programs that allow trans women to compete against women.

Newsom, during an appearance on Charlie Kirk’s podcast earlier this year, sided against many Democrats and said it was “deeply unfair” for trans women to compete against women.
