‘Embarrassed For My Alma Mater’: Fox’s Jennifer Griffin Blasts Harvard For Not ‘Condemning the Actions of Hamas’

Fox News
Fox News’ chief national security correspondent Jennifer Griffin, who is known for her sober national security analyses, slammed Harvard University’s silence on the terrorist attacks committed by Hamas on Tuesday.
Griffin, who graduated from Harvard, expressed her disappointment with her alma mater after a statement from the Ivy League school’s student-led Palestine Solidarity Groups placed the blame for the Hamas attacks “entirely” on the “Israeli regime.” So far, Harvard’s leadership has been silent on the statement, which is what prompted Griffin to speak out, saying “Shame on Harvard” and “I am embarrassed for my alma mater”:
Shame on Harvard for not speaking out with greater moral clarity and condemning the actions of Hamas without caveat. I am embarrassed for my alma mater. https://t.co/tgcCztAuPh

Former Harvard president Larry Summers also condemned the lack of response from the school’s leadership, saying in a thread on Twitter/X: “In nearly 50 years of Harvard affiliation, I have never been as disillusioned and alienated as I am today. The silence from Harvard’s leadership, so far, coupled with a vocal and widely reported student groups’ statement blaming Israel solely, has allowed Harvard to appear at best neutral towards acts of terror against the Jewish state of Israel.”
