WATCH: Frozen Actor Rips Trump 2020 Banner from Audience Member During Broadway Show

An actor from the hit Broadway show Frozen snatched a huge Trump banner from an audience member Wednesday night.
And he was not the least bit sorry about it.
Timothy R. Hughes plays Pabbie leader of the Hidden Folk in the New York production. During the curtain call, a member of the audience held up a Trump 2020 banner.
Hughes ripped the banner from the audience member’s hands and tossed it on the stage.
Then, he took a moment to show his disgust for someone who would bring his politics into a Disney show about love and acceptance.
“What does it say about our country and politics when a man at the show tonight felt the need to protest Disney’s Frozen on Broadway with a pro-Trump flag??” Hughes wrote. “How frightening is it that our show’s messages of love, acceptance, and diversity have become the opposition to supporting Trump?”
He added: “The curtain call is a thank you between actors and audience, a final connection to end a shared experience.”
Hughes also said this, making it clear he was not the least bit contrite: “I will not apologize for how I responded to the disrespectful man trying to interrupt this moment with a pathetic political platform. Not at our show! Not in front of my beautiful, diverse, talented cast at @frozenbroadway. I appreciate everyone’s support.”
The audience member, who was wearing a Trump visor, has not been identified. It is unclear if the audience member got the banner back.
