Ex-DHS Secretary Slams ‘Radical Left’ Dems For ‘Targeting’ ICE With ‘Dangerous’ Doxxing Apps
Chad Wolf, the former acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, ripped Democrats for aligning with their “radical left” constituents and promoting apps that track and dox ICE agents, with Wolf saying it is “absolutely dangerous” and ignorant of how the average American feels about law enforcement.
Wolf shared his thoughts on the matter while appearing on TK on Fox News Live on Sunday. Co-host Kevin Corke started the segment off by noting people like New York City Attorney General Letitia James are promoting websites and apps for sharing video and images of ICE agents.
“Listen, I don’t get it. I think it’s incredibly dangerous, you could really get somebody hurt by even offering something like this,” Corke said, before asking Wolf what can be done about it.
Wolf said Attorney General Pam Bondi would be completely warranted in investigating the apps, considering they are interfering with law enforcement activity and putting agents at risk — and he urged her to do so.
“You need to take a close look at this,” Wolf said.
He continued: “The larger issue here is that for some reason, Democrat mayors and governors are doubling down on this notion of targeting law enforcement — of somehow being against enforcing the law, laws that congress has passed. They’ve decided, with the radical left of their base, that they’re going to go after these law enforcement officers, and I just think they’re on the wrong side of this issue. The majority of Americans support law enforcement and support enforcing our laws — even immigration laws.”
Wolf was the acting DHS secretary from Nov. 2019 to Nov. 2020, before he was found to be unlawfully appointed.
Corke then played Wolf a clip of Rep. Robert Garcia (D-CA) promoting an app for “tracking” ICE and Border Patrol agents. Wolf said Dems are playing a “very dangerous game” where they want it “both ways”: On the one hand, they want to track ICE agents, and on the other hand, they also do not want ICE agents to wear masks. Wolf said the end result is assuming Dems want ICE agents to get hurt.
