WATCH: Adam Perry Lang Grills Without A Baseball Bat on GMA!

Adam Perry Lang stopped by Good Morning America this morning to demo his steak grilling prowess once more — but this time, he left his meat-beating instruments at home, just to prove that you can make delicious steak without first beating the crap out of it with a baseball bat. Who knew?! Of course, his old friends board dressing, the herb brush, and meat paste came along to play, while our favorite klutzy GMA anchor Josh Elliott did his best not to set the audience on fire with the grill flares.

Some country music person (?) was there too, but he had a baseball cap pulled low over his eyes, so we couldn’t even begin to attempt to identify him on Google Images. But this is a site about celebrity chefs, so no one cares about your grilling-on-the-road anecdotes, buff, tan, curiously attractive baseball-capped cowboy man. Certainly not us.
