Bourdain, Huang, Lam, & The Braiser Take The Culinary Imperialism Debate To Twitter

Last night on Twitter, a debate broke out between Anthony Bourdain, Eddie Huang, Gilt Taste’s Francis Lam, and our very own Tina Nguyen, in response to her article on culinary imperialism (which was a response to Lam and Huang’s piece on the same topic, which, in turn, was a response to Lam’s original piece in the NYT). Words were abbreviated, punctuation went out the window, and Andrew Carmellini weighed in about three hours after everybody had gone home.
