WATCH: Jamie Oliver Cooks A ‘Mad’ Black On Black Chicken Dish

One component of Jamie Oliver’s FoodTube channel is this “Weird and Wonderful” series, in which he cooks up weird foods in a wonderful manner. Yesterday’s weirderful ingredient was black chicken, which, blackened in a skillet was not black enough for Jamie Oliver. He added black rice, black mushrooms, black beans, black onion seeds, and black garlic to the dish, whose only non-black component was a drizzle of yogurt sauce. Also, there are some weird candles in the background to complete the gothic vibe. This food video is the culinary equivalent of your 14-year-old Marilyn Manson phase.
