Last Chance Kitchen

Last night on Last Chance Kitchen, it was Angelina vs. Wesley vs. Grayson.

The challenge is to make a simple dish like the one Angelina was eliminated for, and one that goes well with a beer, like in the challenge that tripped up Wesley: a burger. In fifteen minutes.

Angelina’s burger is pork and beef, Grayson’s burger is pork belly and beef, and Wesley has a lamburger. Angelina’s has habanero, is complicated, and sounds great, Grayson’s is making a “typical Wisconsin” burger,  and Wesley’s has ras el hanout (which was one of the ingredients that sent him home), but it also fennel, so I myself would stay as far away from it as I could get, even if it meant Phillip were there.
