Mike Pence Supports His Boss by Eating Fried Chicken on a Plane
The Republican party, particularly its nominee, has terrible, terrible taste in food. They also use food to express odd sentiments. Let’s not ever forget about the time Donald Trump attempted to use a taco bowl, a decidedly non-Mexican food to celebrate Cinco de Mayo and win the Hispanic vote. Or the time he celebrated winning delegates with a Big Mac. Most recently, he horrified many many people when he ate KFC with a fork and knife. Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence is not many many people. He wants to be just like his boss, so he did the same and gave Trump a “shoutout.”
Shoutout to @realDonaldTrump. My mom and I also enjoy @KFC on the plane. #TrumpPence16 pic.twitter.com/9m03FHDR2D

If Trump noticed, he doesn’t seem to care- he hasn’t Re-Tweeted.
It’s worth remembering the sexist KFC-themed pins that were sold at the GOP convention:
Trump and Pence are probably tweeting those KFC selfies because it’s a vulgar, sexist, Hillary Clinton GOP hate-meme https://t.co/G9cFzAAWzQ

Though KFC didn’t make the pins, it’s an interesting establishment for Pence to tie himself in with.
In the general food election, so far Tim Kaine is winning by a landslide.
