What if everything you ever wanted came in an aerosol can? Thanks to Andoni Luis Aduriz, the chef at the Michelin-starred Mugaritz, you can achieve your dreams, provided that you replace the word “everything” with “flour-based batters.” Announced at last week’s Madrid Fusión conference, the New Food Sprays, which come in flavors like churro, pancake, and tempura, are already available in 100 stores throughout Spain.
