Top Chef New Orleans Last Chance Kitchen Episode 9: Wounds of Rejection

Tom Colicchio went back two Elimination Challenges to devise last night’s Last Chance Kitchen challenge, and the result — an ominously well-lit basket of broccoli — reopened Carrie’s so-called “wound of rejection.”

It was meant to be her payback for the LSU challenge, in which she cooked a massively lame broccoli dish to serve to college freshmen, but she had immunity, and so she was spared.
