WATCH: Alton Brown Determines the Best Tamale in a Blind Taste Test

Alton Brown is currently on his live tour, Eat Your Science. He recently stopped in Prescott, Arizona where residents have long debated who makes the best tamale: Molly’s Tamales, or The Tamale Store. While Brown was in Arizona, he decided to settle the debate once and for all. He tasted chicken and pork tamales from each tamale shop, and in both instances the winner was clear.
