WATCH: Eric Ripert Cooks A Land Creature On CBS

Once in a very great while, fish god Eric Ripert emerges from his well-designed Poggenpohl grotto to walk amongst the humans, and, perhaps, to cook an animal with legs. In the case of this poor chicken, served up to the hosts of CBS: This Morning, its legs were required for a delicious coq au vin (and not for jumping/dancing, sadly). It also gave Ripert a reason to talk, again, about City Harvest (support your local food banks, people!)
