WATCH: Famous Chefs Struggle to Work, Adapt to Mundane Food and Wine Office Life
As part of their upcoming redesign, Food and Wine made this video about their “Chefs-in-Residence” feature, in which famous chefs contribute editorial content to the renowned magazine. For a brief moment in time, they took that concept literally, and/or decided to show David Chang, Mario Batali, Eric Ripert, Hugh Acheson, and Grant Achatz the amazing cubicle life they gave up in order to become chefs.
(Yes, working in a kitchen may be hard, but it’s exciting. Offices are boring. We told you so, Mario.)
(Also, Hugh Acheson is the funniest.)
