Last year, Sean Brock, April Bloomfield, Albert Adria, Dan Barber, and a bevy of other talented chefs held “Cook It Raw” in Charleston, SC. There have been documentaries about it before, but none as beautiful as this film from Daniel Klein and Mirra Fine of Perennial Plate.
