Cracker Barrel Fans Cheer Return of Logo — But Many Are Demanding One More BIG Change
The old Cracker Barrel logo is back, and all is right with the world — or is it?
The restaurant chain announced Tuesday that it was restoring its old logo — old man and all — after intense backlash across America.
“We thank our guests for sharing your voices and love for Cracker Barrel,” the restaurant said in a statement. “We said we would listen, and we have. Our new logo is going away and our ‘Old Timer’ will remain.”
Many cheered the move, including President Donald Trump and the GovPressOffice account of California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
But for many of the Cracker Barrel faithful, the 180-degree turn on the rebranding was not enough — and they are demanding the CEO behind the logo controversy, Julie Felss Masino, step away.
The still-angry consumers have taken to social media to voice their continued anger.
“Until you fire the CEO and anybody else that’s on the left, I will not return,” griped one consumer on X.
