He’s just a Stone’s throw away.

Elon Musk has amplified a Roger Stone conspiracy theory that the Wisconsin Supreme Court election held on Tuesday was somehow stolen after the Tesla billionaire and close Donald Trump confidante shelled out millions in a failed bid to sway the race.

Judge Susan Crawford defeated Trump and Musk-backed Judge Brad Schimel in a hotly contested race for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court on Tuesday night, giving liberals a 4-3 edge to maintain control of the state court.

But on Musk’s X platform, he replied “Hmm” to an Alex Jones video in which former Trump adviser and federally convicted liar Roger Stone theorized rampant voter fraud with mail-in ballots, adding that Crawford’s campaign was “illegally financed.”

“It’s a matter of simple math,” Stone tells Jones in the video. “The numbers just don’t add up.”

Musk spent at least $19.3 million to get Schimel elected, going so far as to dish out $1 million checks in a legally questionable get-out-the-vote effort, which the Wisconsin Supreme Court declined to stop.

Musk’s political action committee, America PAC, quietly altered a social media video after one of the $1 million recipients appeared to openly admit she was rewarded for voting, a possible felony offense.

Back in 2019, Stone was convicted of one count of obstruction of an official proceeding, five counts of false statements, which includes lying to Congress, and one count of witness tampering in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Stone was sentenced to over three years in federal prison, but ultimately pardoned by Trump in December 2020.
