‘F*cking Moron’: Tucker Carlson Ruthlessly Mocked Over ‘Parodic’ Chemtrail Conspiracy Theory

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson is being mocked far and wide over an episode of his show dedicated to promoting the chemtrail conspiracy theory, which suggests that planes are emitting substances into the atmosphere meant to serve various nefarious purposes.

On Monday, Carlson dropped the episode on X, writing: “The government has finally admitted that chemtrails are real. It’s called geoengineering, and it’s far worse than anything you imagined. Dane Wigington explains.”

The post included timestamps with subheadings like, “Are All These Strange Streaks in the Sky Chemicals Being Released Into the Air?”, “Who Is Behind This?”, “The Mass Death of Insects and Trees Around the Globe,” and “The Government’s Biological Warfare Tests on Unknowing Americans.”

The reactions to the conversation reflected a scornful, if a bit amused, collective attitude toward it.

“Good thing nobody has hitched themselves or their institutions to this guy,” mused The Wall Street Journal‘s Elliot Kaufman.

“Parodic,” commented National Review‘s Rich Lowry.

“This ecosystem – podcasts, message boards, streams, this app – is a schizophrenia machine aimed at disabling conservatives’ ability to do basic cognitive mapping. The ultimate goal is epistemic nihilism: ‘I can’t tell what’s true or false anymore, so to hell with it,'” argued Omri Ceren, an advisor to Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX).

“The Tucker Carlson who generously hired me full time at the Daily Caller as a college student would have laughed this kind of thing out of the room,” suggested The Washington Free Beacon’s Peter Hasson.

“I spent a decade in aviation. I can tell you: the chemtrail accusations are INSULTING to even basic intelligence,” declared Justin Hart.

“Yes, what his guest says (and what Tucker nods along to) is insane. But it’s the false framing that’s the biggest problem here. No, the government did not admit ‘chemtrails’ as described in this video are real in any way, shape, or form,” observed RedState’s Bonchie. “They are lying to people.”

But wait, there’s more:
