‘That Was Bad!’ Jim Cramer Apologizes Profusely for Dropping F-Bomb on Air

CNBC’s Jim Cramer dropped an f-bomb live on air on Monday — and then apologized so profusely for the gaffe that co-host David Faber laughed out loud.

The two were discussing the trade deal framework between the UK and the United States on their weekday show Squawk on the Street with co-host Carl Quintanilla when Cramer inadvertently let the expletive slip.

“Our biggest problem is we have so much growth that the Fed won’t cut,” began Cramer, who paused before a graphic appeared on the screen.

“What the fuck–” Cramer said before instantly cutting himself off. “Jesus Christ!”

“Oh my God!” exclaimed Faber.

“So sorry. I’m so sorry.” Cramer apologized as the camera cut back to the hosts. “I take it right back. I take it right back.”

“That was bad. That was bad,” he continued as his co-hosts reassured him.

“It’s ok. It’s ok!” said Faber. “We’re in the moment. It’s just the way we talk. It’s cable with a ticker as Conan would say.”

Cramer continued to apologize, joking to Faber, “I’m done. I think I’m out of here.”

“No you’re fine,” laughed Faber. “You want me to say one?”

Cramer further apologized via X, writing “I apologize to all viewers. I was too effusive in making my point about the great economy we have..”
