Trump Reminds Everybody He Won North Dakota ‘THREE Times’ — As He Approves $3M in Disaster Funds

President Donald Trump wants to remind everybody that he won North Dakota “THREE times” as he approves $3 million in disaster funds after tornadoes and devastating floods struck the state.

Posting to Truth Social just after midnight on Thursday, Trump announced he was OKing $3 million in funding to assist the Flickertail State after it suffered “major tornadoes and flooding.”

I spoke with Governor Kelly Armstrong, and informed him of my approval of $3 Million Dollars to assist in the aftermath of the major tornadoes and flooding that occurred in the beautiful State of North Dakota, which I won THREE times in 2016, 2020, and 2024. The Great People of North Dakota will make that wonderful region stronger than ever before!

Back in June, North Dakota, as well as South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota and parts of Canada, were hit by a powerful derecho that spawned at least one tornado in North Dakota.

That tornado, in the city of Enderlin, was classified as a rare EF5 — one of the strongest twisters ever, the New York Times reported last week. Three elderly residents were killed.
