President Donald Trump’s White House faith adviser Paula White is urging her followers to send her ministry $1,000 before Easter in order to “release 7 specific supernatural blessings” that include God assigning an angel to you, being an enemy to your enemies, giving you prosperity, and curing sicknesses.

White has been a staunch Trump ally for years, frequently delivering impassioned prayers to voice her support for him, including giving the opening prayer at the Jan. 6, 2021 rally that preceded the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

This Easter donation solicitation is not the first time she has asked people to send money in exchange for “supernatural protections.” In March 2020, White was scheduled to be the featured speaker at a religious conference in Phoenix, Arizona that was selling nonrefundable tickets and promised attendees “Supernatural Protection from the CoronaVirus Now,” along with “the cure for every virus and plague!” After backlash, White withdrew from the conference.

In White’s new video, flagged by progressive watchdog group Right Wing Watch, she is once again promising “supernatural blessings” in exchange for a monetary contribution to Paula White Ministries.

In the clip above, White says she believes “when you honor God” during the Passover seasons, “you can receive these seven supernatural blessings,” and lists what God will do for you, citing the Book of Exodus. These blessings White promises are also listed on her website as follows:

Assign an angel to you. “Behold, I send an Angel before you…” (verse 20).
Be an enemy to your enemies “I will be an enemy to your enemies…” (verse 22).
Give you prosperity “So you shall serve the LORD, your God, and He will bless your bread and your water” (verse 25).
Take sickness away from you “And I will take sickness away from the midst of you” (verse 25).
Give you a long life “I will fulfill the number of your days” (verse 26).
Bring increase and inheritance “… until you have increased, and you inherit the land (verse 30).
Give a special year of blessing (verse 29).

“You’re not doing this to get something,” White says in the video, raising her hands as a pianist softly plays in the background. “But you’re doing it in honor to God, realizing what you can receive.”

A narrator then says, “For your special Passover offering of $1,000 or more, as the Holy Spirit leads, you will also receive the beautiful 10-inch Waterford crystal cross. Don’t miss your moment to release seven supernatural blessings and provision into your life!”

The tweeted video got many critical replies, including several from other ministers and priests and even Dolly Parton’s sister, Stella Parton.

White’s website included a message from her declaring that the “holy season of Passover” was one of “God’s APPOINTED HOLY DAYS with specific instructions by Him for their observance.”

Among those instructions, she continued, was that believers showing up for these holy days “SHALL NOT APPEAR BEFORE THE LORD EMPTY-HANDED.”

White repeated that making an offering was God’s command multiple times — “God commanded HIS CHILDREN to honor Him by bringing a PASSOVER OFFERING to the house of the Lord…I encourage you in obedience to give God your Best Passover Offering today. Your obedience to God’s command is the key that can unlock the windows of heaven and release all seven supernatural blessings He has promised into your life!” — and offered a different set of packages available than the video clip with a variety of dollar amounts.

For $50, donors would get “a wonderful Death, Burial And Resurrection Bundle” that included a devotional book by White, and some DVDs and CDs with what appears to be sermons and music. A $125 donation would add “a special Olive Wood communion set from the Holy Land” that included wood communion cups, a booklet, and was “complete with the bread and the juice” (a bottle of grape juice “from the Holy Land” and some unleavened bread in a plastic wrapper). And if you gave “$1000 or more as the Holy Spirit leads you,” White would also send you “the beautiful 10” Waterford crystal cross” that “will look absolutely wonderful in your home or office!”
