Ben Shapiro Goes Off On ‘Rich Boy’ Tucker Carlson As the Two Exchange Jabs In Bitter Feud

Popular conservative podcaster Ben Shapiro continued his bitter feud with arch-nemesis Tucker Carlson this week as the pair exchanged personal jabs on their respective shows.

Shapiro dropped a lengthy takedown of Carlson’s recent interview with Hunter Biden and argued the pair represent “the elite of the elite” and that it is “absolute utter imbecility” to believe Carlson represents the everyday American. Carlson, who has turned against President Donald Trump over the war in Iran and support for Israel, has publicly fought with traditional conservatives like Shapiro who support military intervention and a more classic GOP approach to foreign policy.

Carlson, for his part, did a full segment on Shapiro and called him an “employee” for greater interests before launching into a rant about how the powers behind Shapiro believe the U.S. was created to serve Israel.

Shapiro jabbed Carlson for praising fellow flame-throwing provocateur Candace Owens during his Hunter Biden sit-down:

Tucker Carlson said, “Well, you know, I totally agree. She’s wonderful.” In fact, I’ve texted Erika Kirk and Candace Owens within an hour — that says something about Tucker Carlson, doesn’t it? Well, what a hero he is. He has texted Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk, and also the woman who says that she murdered Charlie — and everyone around him murdered Charlie — within an hour of each other. Wow, the heroism, my goodness.

“I can’t get over the absolute utter imbecility of this. If you are so stupid that you believe the people who stand for you are rich boy, Richie Rich, like grew-up-rich, rich boy Tucker Carlson at his Swiss boarding school, living in a fake cabin in Maine with the Gaston chandelier, talking to Hunter Biden, longtime drug addict and complete piece of shit, about how America needs them and their human hearts, along with that of Candace Owens, to fix what ails the country,” Shapiro said before going on to mock Carlson’s laugh:

Oh my God, man. Oh, good Lord. Good Lord, here’s Tucker. My favorite thing that Tucker does — he always does this — he knows what he’s saying is ridiculous. He says, “It’s my right.” [Mocks Carlson’s laugh]. No one said it’s not your right. It just makes you a douchebag.

Shapiro then played two clips of Hunter Biden and Tucker Carlson bonding over Owens and other policy issues, like criticizing Trump for ballooning the national debt.

“Okay, well, I’m glad that you guys have the exact same thoughts on these things. And probably in the back room there’s some Parmesan cheese that you can snort off the carpet, maybe some corrupt paintings you could try to sell at this point — that’s the way through. They also, by the way, talked about their favorite Bible verses. But frankly, I don’t give a shit what Hunter Biden thinks about the Bible, nor do I care what Tucker Carlson says about a book that he first completed in 2023,” Shapiro added, concluding:

So we’re just not going to do that. But again, I just want to show you — these are two extremely elite people, like the elite of the elite in the Beltway — explaining to you that actually you have been betrayed by the system, and only they know how to get through. And the answer, presumably, is some sort of horseshoe revolution.

I mean, I can’t think of a worse leadership class than Hunter Biden and Tucker Carlson together in a room. It is very difficult to think of a worse leadership class, especially considering the other people that they hang out with, and the people who they’re willing to cover for, and their complete lack of honesty and principle. It is an astonishing thing — an astonishing, astonishing thing.

Shapiro’s Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing, who has also been calling out Carlson in recent weeks, came to Shapiro’s defense on Wednesday.

Boreing shared Carlson’s attack on Shapiro and wrote, “I love this clip. Puts it all on display. Once you suggest — as Tucker has at least twice now — that Ben Shapiro only got into college because of some grand global conspiracy, you have jumped the last shark.”

“He either can’t hear himself, in which case he’s a lunatic, or he can hear himself, in which case he’s a deceiver on the level of Iago or Grima Wormtongue. Either way, if you’re listening to this guy, you’re a mark. Obviously,” he concluded.
