Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens on Nick Fuentes: ‘Angry, Gay Kid Thing Going On’

Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens talked about white nationalist Nick Fuentes in Owens’ Friday appearance on The Tucker Carlson Show, with Carlson saying he has an “angry, gay kid thing going on.”

Carlson asked Owens about her recent interview with Fuentes, which she called an “entirely fraudulent” experience. She goes on to explain that the filming process “went great,” but after publishing the video, Fuentes started “screaming and calling [her] a b*tch who set him up.” The interview has since been unpublished.

Carlson went on to say that Fuentes is “clearly part of a campaign to discredit non-crazy right voices,” citing Fuentes’ past criticism of Carlson over his father’s links to the CIA. Read their continued conversation below:

TUCKER CARLSON: He is clearly part of a campaign to discredit non-crazy right voices. That’s obvious. I’ve been around a long time. I know it when I see it.

CANDACE OWENS: I don’t understand it. We were very kind to him. We felt like maybe he was a bit lonely and we should invite him back for dinner. That’s how good of an experience I had. So either A, it’s being driven from a little boy insecurity and he was just so worried that he went on the attack because he doesn’t know how to have normal relations after being banned everywhere.

TUCKER CARLSON: Right, I think there’s kind of the angry gay kid thing going on.

CANDACE OWENS: Or, it’s what you’re saying, where he’s lying to everybody and pretending things are one way when they’re not.
