Tucker Carlson Calls Trump ‘Flamboyantly Corrupt’ In Interview With Hunter Biden

Tucker Carlson kept his 2026 Trump Bashing Tour rolling on Monday by accusing the president of being the most “flamboyantly corrupt” leader in American history during an interview with Hunter Biden.

Carlson argued America has had plenty of “bad leaders” since 1776, but no one has “ever” been as crooked as President Donald Trump. Biden then said a moment later he doesn’t want to blame Trump for all of the nation’s woes, but he said it was absurd the president is “responsible” for 20% of the USA’s debt since its inception.

“Yeah, it’s bonkers,” Carlson said.

He added he supported Trump in 2024 because he felt the president had been unfairly targeted by the “uniparty” while he was out of office. But Carlson said he was later “humiliated” by Trump when the president ignored his plea to not launch the Iran war earlier this year — a move Carlson admitted made him “mad.” Carlson said his “sin” was believing he could talk Trump out of it.

As for corruption, Carlson has previously accused his guest of it several times. He argued on his Fox News show in 2022 it was the “definition of corruption” that the FBI “continues to suppress” information on Hunter Biden and ex-President Joe Biden’s business dealings in Europe.

He also did a multi-part series at Fox News dubbed “Biden, Inc.” where he called out Hunter Biden’s biz moves.

“No responsible investor would ever hand money to Jim or Hunter Biden,” Carlson said. “Their only value, and their personal texts make it clear, came from their connection to Joe Biden. On the basis of that connection, they made dozens of deals all over the world, mostly in foreign countries famous for corruption, places like Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Romania.”

More recently, Carlson has skewered Trump routinely this year. Just to point to a few examples, Carlson branded Trump a “weak” man who was being controlled by Israel in July, and last week he claimed Trump was “homicidal” and “incapable” of leading the U.S.
