49 Hours Ago, MSNBC Said Joe Biden Would Announce in Next 48 Hours

At 9:28 ET on October 19, 2015, MSNBC first reported that Vice President Joe Biden would announce his decision whether or not to run for president in the next 48 hours.

As of this writing, it is 10:28 ET on October 21, 2015, and Joe Biden has not announced his decision.

Just sayin’.
