ABC Contributor: GOP Needs Accept They’ll Lose With Trump and Move Onto 2020

ABC contributor LZ Granderson said on This Week today the GOP needs to just accept that they will lose in 2016 and focus on beating Hillary Clinton with a united front in 2020.

LZ Granderson said the GOP should “bite the bullet for 2016 and not hitch their wagon to Trump and just say, ‘We’re gonna lose 2016, let’s clean ourselves up and focus on 2020.'”

That focus, he said, should be to thinking how best to make Clinton a one-term president.

Michael Eric Dyson added that the GOP can’t simply just “blame Donald Trump here as the scapegoat” and ignore problems with their party overall.
