After Initially Calling It ‘Very Fair,’ Trump Now Says Debate Was ‘Rigged’
In the immediate post-debate spin, Donald Trump said he thought Lester Holt did a good job and was “very fair.”
The next morning, after all of his surrogates begged to differ, Trump said the questions were actually “very unfair,” but insisted he’s not complaining about it.
Two days later, Trump is now complaining about how “rigged” the debate was:

“And then I had to put up with the anchor and fight the anchor all the time on everything I said. What a rigged deal.”
And he went on to do his usual spiel about how he’ll change all the rigged systems if he wins.
