Ann Curry’s Rough Week Continues As She’s Smacked By Today Show Camera

NBC’s Today Show host Ann Curry was greeting fans outside of the NBC studios when a stray camera ran into her. Curry gasped as she was impacted by the camera which quickly continued on its journey panning past the cheering crowd.

It could happen to anyone – if by anyone, you mean the hosts of the Today Show.

The program is known for hosting a daily crowd outside its studios. They often send the hosts outside to meet and interview some of the Today Show fans. But on Tuesday, Ann Curry was too busy speaking to a fan to realize that an errant camera man was on a collision course with her before it was too late.

Curry took the hit and reacted like a pro – gasping and weaving out of the shot.

In recent weeks, reports have surfaced that NBC is preparing to replace Curry though the reports have not been finalized.
