Billy Eichner Gets Teens at Awards Show to Cheer Wildly for Robert Durst

Comedian Billy Eichner has developed a reputation as a loud, high-energy comic with his series Billy on the Street. He recently ran around a grocery store with Big Bird and Michelle Obama.

But last night, at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Eichner achieved something rather incredible: getting a large group of teenagers to cheer wildly for accused murderer Robert Durst.

He rattled off names of artists who were performing and had the teens express how excited they were for each one through their shrieking and cheering. And when he got to Durst’s name, they went nuts.
