Fort Hood Shooting Suspect Identified as Spc. Ivan Lopez

CBS News was the first major outlet to name a suspect in the Wednesday afternoon shooting at Fort Hood military base in Killeen, Texas.

According to CBS News, sources have identified the suspect as 34-year-old soldier Ivan Lopez. A source claimed that the the violence stemmed from a soldier dispute yet to be explained.

The shooting has reportedly left 14 people injured and at least one person dead. Latest reports indicate the shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, but it has yet to be confirmed.
