Chuck Todd to Amb. Power: ‘More Dysfunctional, U.N. or Congress?’

Ending on a light-hearted note following a discussion of ISIS and Middle East power vacuums, Meet the Press host Chuck Todd asked U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power which is more dysfunctional, the United Nations or Congress?

“No comments,” Power said. “I’m a diplomat.”

“A very diplomatic answer,” Todd said. He then divided the U.S. into coffee chains and chicken stores.
