CNN Reporter Lists All the ‘Sh*t’ — Er, Stuff — U.S. Might Need in Dealing with Iraq
TV reporters are humans too. They sometimes forget that they are on camera and go off in their normal colloquial voice.
That happened to CNN foreign affairs correspondent Elise Labott on Friday afternoon as she tried to explain how the United States might seek to diplomatically deal with the ongoing violent rebellion in Iraq.
BuzzFeed’s Dorsey Shaw spotted Labott dropping an errant s-bomb in the way we all do in private conversation — except this was during a nationally-televised conversation about brutal violence in Iraq:

Right now the U.S. is not just talking about what it can do, but it’s talking to countries in the region. How they can help support anything that the U.S. would do because they’ll need overflight rights, they’ll need air space, that type of shit — uh, stuff.
