Fox Asks WH Spox About Musk Savaging Trump’s ‘Disgusting’ Bill: ‘How Mad Do You Think President Trump Is Going to Be?’

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked to react to Elon Musk blowing a gasket over President Donald Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill” at Tuesday’s press briefing.

“I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled Congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination,” wrote Musk on X about the president’s signature legislation. “Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong. You know it.”

In a follow-up tweet, the ex-DOGE head argued that the bill “will massively increase the already gigantic budget deficit to $2.5 trillion (!!!) and burden America citizens with crushingly unsustainable debt.”

Fox News’ Peter Doocy asked Leavitt for the White House’s reaction to Musk’s comments:

DOOCY: How mad do you think President Trump is going to be when he finds out that Elon Musk said, ‘I’m sorry, but I just can’t stand it anymore. This massive, outrageous, pork-filled congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination. Shame on those who voted for it: you know you did wrong, You know it.

LEAVITT: Look, the president already knows where Elon Musk stood on this bill. It doesn’t change the president’s opinion. This is one big, beautiful bill, and he’s sticking to it.
