Fox’s Hume: Senate Torture Report Made Same Mistake as Rolling Stone

In talking about the torture report today, Fox News’ Brit Hume said to Megyn Kelly that the Senate Intelligence Committee made the exact same mistake people have been getting on Rolling Stone‘s case over.

Committee chair Dianne Feinstein admitted that they did not talk directly to individuals within the CIA, and Hume observed this sounded a lot like Rolling Stone not talking to the accusers of the young woman they spoke to before running the story about an alleged gang rape.

Hume warned of the serious risks of releasing the report now, especially considering it’s information about a program that has been shut down for years.
