George Clooney Handcuffs Letterman to Keep Him from Leaving

Lots of celebrities have been expressing their admiration for David Letterman in his final run of shows, but George Clooney went the extra mile today by physically preventing Letterman from leaving.

In a preview clip released by CBS, Clooney asks Letterman what he thinks he’s doing, only to take out handcuffs, cuffs one of his hand and one of Letterman’s, then throws the key into the audience.

But Letterman, being Letterman, ended up making light of this weird situation by asking why Clooney would have had handcuffs on him in the first place…
