Hannity Panel Defends Bob Beckel’s F-Bomb, Slams Obama’s ‘Hypocrisy’ About Civility In Politics

On Thursday’s Hannity, Eric Bolling and Kimberly Guilfoyle defended fellow Five co-host Bob Beckel‘s f-bomb, citing how it was just an innocent mistake. The panel then contrasted this with President Obama. Contending there’s a double standard, Bill Maher donating to Obama was Exhibit A. “It was like crickets from his side,” but conservatives defended Beckel, Guilfoyle said. Hannity wondered, would liberals offer up support like that for us?

Hannity then went on to discuss incivility in politics. “I would be fine living and working in an environment where people can say whatever they want. If President Obama wants to take his million dollars from Maher who, uses the c-word, t-word and attacks the children of Governor Palin, I would be fine with that as long as we don’t get the lectures from Congressman Ellison and Barack Obama about civility and then not being civil.”

I can deal with incivility, Hannity said, but not hypocrisy and double standards. The crew then tackled a new poll that asks, “Is Hate Growing In America?” The answer, it seems, is “yes” — with 55% saying so.

This is why people are dissatisfied, Guilfoyle said. They don’t have confidence in the people in elected office — because those people don’t want a nation united, they want class warfare and anger and fear mongering.
