Joe Scarborough Cannot Help But Laugh at Ben Carson for ‘This Donald Trump is Jesus Shit!’

Joe Scarborough laughed at Ben Carson as he ragged on Donald Trump’s supporters who insist on deifying the former president despite all of his impious behavior.

The mockery came as Morning Joe talked on Wednesday about a video Trump recently amplified on Truth Social that satirized Paul Harvey’s famous “So God Made a Farmer” video to make it a worshipful tribute to Trump. That “God Made Trump” video was, in turn, satirized by the Lincoln Project with their newest ad focusing on Trump’s leanings toward dictatorship and authoritarianism.

As Scarborough talked about all of this, he commented that depicting Trump as a godly figure “plays for the cult, but you don’t win in Wisconsin and Michigan and Pennsylvania and Georgia” that way. He then mentioned the recent interview where Carson likened Trump to King David.

Morning Joe laughed over Neil Cavuto’s skepticism for the former HUD secretary’s comparison, with Scarborough saying, “[Carson] kind of went all the way from Old Testament and man after God’s heart to ‘I like some of his policies.'”

“Maybe that’s the perfect interview and the clip we showed before to show this ‘Donald Trump is Jesus’ sh*t,” Scarborough exclaimed. Mika Brzezinski was displeased with the swearing, but Willie Geist kept moving from there by arguing that Trump-Jesus comparisons won’t win over voters when the Biden campaign is pointing out all of Trump’s incendiary antics and legal problems.
