Jonah Hill Refuses to Apologize for His Actual Crime Against Decency
We’ve all heard plenty about actor Jonah Hill‘s use of the word “faggot” towards a paparazzo, and his subsequent apologies on The Howard Stern Show and The Tonight Show. But what we haven’t heard much about was his actual crime against human decency: He is good friends with pop music’s version of that guy in your dorm hall who walked around shirtless, reeked of Axe body spray, and sat in the quad playing sweet jams on his guitar thinking it would attract the ladies.
Yes, I’m talking about Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine.
Stephen Colbert is keenly aware of this fact and decided to ask Hill to apologize for the friendship on last night’s Colbert Report.
“I just wanted to get something out of the way here, it’s the elephant in the room,” Colbert began. “I learned something disturbing recently. It was revealed that you are friends with Adam Levine. Would you like to apologize because I have had ‘Moves Like Jagger’ stuck in my head for three years and someone needs to say they’re fucking sorry for that.”
Hill laughed and said he had nothing to say on that, except: “He’s a great guy.”
Fun fact: Hill’s brother Jordan Feldstein is Maroon 5’s manager. So that explains it.
