Juan Williams Defends The View: Trump, Sanders, Christie Get Mocked on Appearance Too

Juan Williams came to The View‘s defense on Fox News today as his co-hosts ripped the morning show for mocking Carly Fiorina‘s “demented” appearance.

Fiorina responded yesterday by accusing liberal women of double standards and daring them to say it to her face. Well, she’ll be on The View Friday, though Whoopi Goldberg shot back a bit at her today.

On The Five, as the others piled on, Juan Williams jumped in to point out that men in politics get insulted on their appearance too. He said it’s “fair game” for people to make fun of Donald Trump‘s hair or Bernie Sanders‘ hair or Chris Christie‘s weight.

He also pointed out that insults about political women’s looks come from the right too, aimed at Hillary Clinton.
