Kellyanne Conway Slams Hillary Over ‘Dangerous ‘Civility Comments: ‘Unfortunate and Graceless’
White House special adviser Kellyanne Conway is admonishing Hillary Clinton for her “dangerous” comments about abandoning civility in politics.
The former Democratic presidential candidate gave an interview yesterday where she said that polite discourse between the left and the right is no longer possible, saying “you cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about.” Conway gave an interview to Fox & Friends on Wednesday, and there was no way she could pass up an opportunity to rebuke Clinton and claim President Trump is a champion of unity and civility.
“I think her discourse now is a little bit dangerous. I don’t like the implications there,” Conway said. “I don’t like that kind of talk and I avoid it. My boss has called for civility. He says he represents all Americans. We don’t run around asking people what their party affiliation is when he is cutting their taxes and allowing small businesses to be free of regulations and growth. We are impervious to that.”
Conway continued to mock the Clinton family for their upcoming speaking tour, though she topped off her comments by calling Mrs. Clinton’s comments “unfortunate and graceless” once more.
