Michelle Obama Tells People Not to ‘Play Around with a Protest Vote’
At tonight’s all-star rally for Hillary Clinton in Philadelphia, Michelle Obama delivered an impassioned speech urging people to vote and make a statement about what kind of country they want to live in.
The first lady was flanked by Bill and Chelsea Clinton as she declared, “This election is on us. It is in our hands.”
“If we stay home,” she warned, “or play around with a protest vote, then Hillary’s opponent will win, period, end of story.”
Obama hammered home just how significant individual votes can be in precincts across states like Pennsylvania.
