Monday Cable News Ratings: MSNBC’s Hardball #1 in Demo with Smerconish as Guest Host

With Michael Smerconish filling in for Chris Matthews, MSNBC’s Hardball was the #1 show in the 25-54 demo Monday night during the 7pm ET hour. Hardball had 195K viewers in the demo, beating Greta Van Susteren’s 193K on Fox.

Van Susteren won the time slot in total viewers with 1.797M, but Smerconish’s 782K still made Hardball the highest-rated show of the night across MSNBC’s prime time lineup.
