‘One Rule for Elites and One Rule for Regular Folks’: CNN Panel Clashes Over Jay Z Lyrics

Donald Trump and members of his campaign have expressed outrage at the lyrics Jay Z dropped during a concert for Hillary Clinton last weekend, and CNN’s Trump surrogates clashed with the rest of the panel on the subject tonight.

Jeff Lord said there is hypocrisy in Michelle Obama denouncing Trump’s language when Jay Z is campaigning for Clinton and dropped a lot of expletives on stage.

Anderson Cooper asked, “Does somebody want Jay Z to be President of the United States?” Lord insisted it’s “one rule for elites, one rule for regular folks.”

Kayleigh McEnany also suggested there is hypocrisy in Clinton welcoming Jay Z after taking out ads showing little girls watching Trump using nasty language on television.
