Ouch! Fox Reporter Drilled Directly in Face by Football

During pre-game warmups on Sunday afternoon, Fox Sports reporter Pam Oliver took an errant pass directly to the face.

The awful moment came shortly before the Indianapolis Colts and New York Giants pre-season game. Colts backup quarterback Chandler Harnish threw the fateful “pass” that landed in the arms of Oliver’s face.

She shook it off and acted as though nothing happened, later on receiving an apology and promise of flowers from Harnish. In-studio commentators Joe Buck and Troy Aikman had fun with the whole situation.

Kudos to Oliver for her tough-as-nails response. We have a feeling most other sideline reporters — male or female — would react in a fashion similar to Marcia Brady. Oh my nose!
