The Daily Show Concludes Trump Is Literally a Circus Ringmaster

With everyone saying that Donald Trump is turning the 2016 election into a circus, The Daily Show concluded tonight that Trump is literally a circus ringmaster.

And to prove the hypothesis, correspondent Jordan Klepper literally talked to a circus entertainer. And actually, he said, making that comparison is “kind of insulting a lot of the circus world.”

Klepper spoke to a lot of Trump fans outside a recent rally before seeing the Greatest Show on Earth for himself.

And almost everything about it blew him away, from Trump telling the audience to “recoil at the freakshow” (the press) to performing “a feat of xenophobic strength.”
