The Hobbit and The Office Collide for Epic SNL Parody

British comedy fans are familiar with the original BBC version of The Office, starring now-movie star Martin Freeman. And with Freeman on SNL tonight to promote the final Hobbit movie, worlds collided, with Bilbo Baggins working for a Ricky Gervais-like Gandalf at Wernham Hogg.

The skit recreated some of the most iconic scenes from the BBC comedy, including Gollum finding his stapler in jello, the boss making a racially insensitive joke about orc penises, and the most awkward one-man dance ever.
