Theresa May: Trump Advised Me to ‘Sue the EU’

Prime Minister Theresa May revealed that President Donald Trump offered a rather blunt piece of advice on the EU.

May spoke with Andrew Marr following the President’s visit and their joint press conference, in which iTrump alluded to some “tough” talk he offered May on dealing with Brexit talks.

Marr asked, “What was that brutal, tough suggestion?”

“He told me I should sue the EU,” May responded. “Not go into negotiations, sue them.”

She affirmed that they will be going into the negotiations and will not be suing the European Union.
