This Video of a Construction Worker Being Rescued from 5-Alarm Fire Is Insane

A five-alarm fire engulfed an under-construction building in Houston, Texas on Tuesday. One video caught a tense rescue of a construction worker trapped on the top ledge of the nearly-400 unit $55 million complex.

As a fire engine tried to get a ladder to him, the worker was forced to hop down onto the next ledge; even when the ladder was close, he still had to jump to the ladder. He made it, and no injuries were reported from the fire.

Watch the video below. If you have time to kill (perhaps you work on the internet?), head over to the original YouTube page, where the comment sections immediately (d)evolves into an argument over whether god causes, or saves people from, fires.
