Trevor Noah: Trump’s Just a Failed Stand-Up Comedian Looking for the Right Audience

Trevor Noah
tonight realized that Donald Trump being so ridiculous and vague has a perfectly reasonable explanation: he’s a stand-up comic without the right venue for his craft!

Noah first compared Trump to The Dress before saying that Trump’s shocking “Second Amendment” people line was clearly a joke, “and then because of the backlash his team is trying to play it off as something else.”

And that’s when Noah observed, “I’m a standup comedian. Donald Trump is a standup comedian.” He went through all the examples of how Trump gives off the demeanor and the cadence of someone who missed stand-up comedy as his calling years ago.

“We need to put him away,” Noah concluded, “in some underground windowless room, and then we need to build a wall. An exposed brick wall with a mic and a crowds where he can kill. Just not people!”
