Donald Trump was barely five minutes into his speech in front of 20,000 curious Texans at the American Airlines Center in Texas Monday night when he started joking about all the trouble he got in last month when he said of Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, “There was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her… wherever.”

“We’re going to have so many victories,” Trump told the crowd, “that at some point they are just going to be coming out of your ears!”

“I have to be careful what I say about coming out of somebody’s ears,” the GOP frontrunner said to laughter from the crowd. “I have to be careful! Nose, ears, eyes, those are the only places I’m talking about. The only.”

“But we’re going to have so many victories and they are going to be great victories,” Trump continued, without mentioning specifics. “And we’re going to have them all the time because we have an amazing country.”

Was this Trump’s way of acknowledging that yes, he was suggesting that Kelly had her period during the first GOP debate?
